Shipping and Handling

Bikes sent out Mail order in mainland UK will incure a £15.00 charge for the next working day delivery service. For deliveries to non mainland UK and abroad then carriage is charged at cost. Accessories will be charged at cost price for postage and packing.

Your Security and Credit Card Security

We value your security and as such have done our utmost to ensure that none of your personal information is at risk while you are visiting our site. Credit Card Security: Because of the threat to the security of your payment details, we will not request your credit card details via the order form. You will be contacted within 48 hours to confirm your payment details, thus ensuring that at no point are your details stored in any transmission across the internet.

VAT

All prices quoted on this website include VAT at the UK rate of 17.5%

Back Orders

If you require a product which is not in stock - but would like to order it, a 10% deposit will be required to secure the order. Before taking a deposit, we will first check stock with the suppliers who will then , usually guarantee delivery within 5 days. If the product is delayed we will refund your deposit if requested and the order can be cancelled. If you cancel an order before the expected delivery date we reserve the right not to refund the deposit. All deposits on bikes ie Christmas Club, are non refundable.

If you wish to complain.

If, unfortunately you have a complaint or are unhappy with the service you have recieved from Aire Valley cycles, please have no hesitation but to contact the Store manager Mr Bernie Burns on 01535 610839 or write to our usual address.

Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Aire Valley Cycles. However , if you are not happy with it , you may exchange it for something else or recieve a credit note. The said goods must be returned within 30days of purchase. Each manufacturer has its own warranty procedure with their products. If you have what you consider to be a warranty claim, then please return to Aire Valley cycles, we will forward the product to the relevant supplier they will inspect and asses the claim. In the event of return for warranty, all postage will be covered by Aire Valley, unless proven not to be a genuine warranty claim. Proof of purchase purchase reciept, must be shown in all circumstances.

Making your Payment

We accept almost all normal forms of payment, cheque, credit/debit cards etc. We offer interest free credit on bikes over £300 that are not sale items.
